ABOUT NO IDEA ME

Miss T, 6 weeks

My name is Ez. I am a first time mum to a bundle of joy and chaos Miss T and I can openly say I am a no idea mum.

To the annoyance of my hubby and perhaps many friends I used to be the person who responded to most questions with ‘I don’t know’. This was my out when I was in no mood to delve into the finer details of a discussion. On January the 5th, 2012 when Miss T arrived into the world this quickly transformed into… I have no idea...what I am doing, why she is crying, why she won't sleep, why she won't feed, whether she is hot, whether she is cold, how I am going to do this day in and day out...

A few months down the track my questions developed into... I have no idea how to make puree, how to make her sleep, why she hates the pram, why she hates the car, and why she keeps burping up all day long...and this is how I became a no idea mum.

 

I have started this blog to document some of these 'no idea moments' of Miss T's life and to add an extra sprinkling of fun into my day. My blog is also a shout out to the mum’s who occasionally feel like they have bitten off a little more than they can chew...I hear you...
